What you need to know about the role
The Training Administrator is responsible for the day to day management of the Business’ Learning Management System (LMS) and Training Inbox. They are also responsible for all aspects of the booking and recording of internal and external training programs, including raising purchase orders and liaising with nominees re their attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the business’ Learning Management System meeting the requirements of the LRQA process with regards to Personal Training Records, supporting audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement of the system.
- Ownership, and Super-user, of the day to day management of the system and the training inbox.
- Provide advice and support on the correct use of the LMS system, from booking courses, through to recording and reporting activities.
- Facilitate the spend control spreadsheet, spend approval process and purchase order requests for the Training Function.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as course attendance, cancellation rates and course evaluation reports.
What we need to know about you
- Experience of Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience of SAP would be beneficial
- Careful, accurate, and thorough in completing tasks
