BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Permanent, part-time contract (20 hours)

Wk 1 - Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 13:00;
Wk 2 - Monday to Thursday 13:00 to 17:00, Friday - 12:30 to 16:30

What we offer:

Salary (pro rata'd): £25,792.95 per annum (Band A), with potential progression to £27,774.67 per annum (Band C)

Annual leave: 24 days, increasing to 26 days (plus bank holidays)

Location: On-site at Grimsby (DN32 9DZ) with free parking

Deadline: Friday 19th June 2026

Interviews: Thursday 25th June 2026

Who are we?

Treehouse Care Fostering Solutions Ltd was established in June 1998. Our head office is based in central Grimsby. The services we provide are fostering, domiciliary and a residential children’s home. We have an excellent reputation for providing creative, innovative, and imaginative care for children and young people to help them achieve their full potential.

We have a well-established, friendly and experienced Business Support administration team. Depending upon experience, the successful candidate could join us immediately as a senior administrator.

What will you be doing?

You will be a key member of the Business Support team, providing efficient, effective administrative and support services to the fostering, residential and domiciliary services, Directors, departmental managers, staff and foster carers for the whole organisation.

Skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications

We are looking for someone who has extensive administration experience, is professional, personable, flexible and proactive. You will be expected to exercise initiative and independent judgement whilst ensuring a high degree of tact and diplomacy, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key elements of the role require for you to be an effective team player, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be a good communicator (both verbally and written).

You should have outstanding organisational and time-management skills, a good attention to detail and experience of taking complex minutes.

You must have the equivalent of 3 GCSE’s (including Maths and English, C or above), NVQ L2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint.
