We are an established recruitment company with a reputation for supplying high quality temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients throughout the UK. We are now looking for a Labour Co-Ordinator / Resourcer to be based in our regional Cardiff Office.
As part of current growth plans, new business and PSL wins, we are looking to recruit a Resourcer / Co-Ordinator to join an established recruitment business based from our regional Cardiff Office.
We are looking for people who can be an integral part of a temporary and permanent recruitment team.
Typical duties include:
Sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates
Placement and management of advertising within various media
Arranging work placement details and interviews, database management and housekeeping
Supporting the recruitment process in line with business protocol
Some client liaison.
Skills required include: Excellent telephone manner, good computer skills (word, excel, etc) team player.
Candidates with a background in recruitment are desirable but by no means essential, a background in general telesales would be considered, but above all an enthusiastic manner with a good work ethic, who would would like to develop a career in recruitment with an established UK business.
Full training could be provided
