Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organised Spa Receptionist to join our welcoming team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with administrative experience and strong communication skills to contribute to a tranquil and customer-focused environment. The position is paid and requires a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented approach to managing appointments, client inquiries, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
Manage appointment bookings using scheduling software and ensure accurate record-keeping
Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Handle client enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain organised records of client information and treatment schedules
Process payments accurately using relevant software POS systems
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence
Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Keep the reception area tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies

Experience

Knowledge of the programmes Journey & Premier Core
Previous office experience or administrative background preferred
Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and organisational duties essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills necessary for engaging with clients professionally
Prior experience working in a spa, wellness centre, or customer service environment is a plus but not mandatory

Hours can range between 8.00am-19.00pm but averagely working 9.00am-3.00pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour
