Full job description

We are looking for a supervisor to lead our team, we are a food led pub and the role will cover bar and front of house duties including food service.

We are looking for someone with experience, out going, friendly and reliable. We are a small team who rely on each other in busy periods so being able to lead a team is extremely important. You must be customer focused and strive to offer the best possible dining experience.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team to ensure smooth service delivery
Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring quality standards are consistently met
Manage food production processes related to bar snacks, garnishes, and light food offerings
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all food and drink areas
Assist in training new team members on serving techniques, food preparation, and safety protocols
Monitor inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies; place orders as needed
Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality, fostering a lively and positive environment for guests and staff alike

Join us as a Bar Supervisor to lead an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.

This is a permanent full time role, hours to cover week days, evenings and weekends. Incentives and bonus available for outstanding performance

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
