Equans currently has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities team at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford. This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week on a 3 week rolling rota, 5 days from 7.

What will you deliver?

To provide a customer focused Helpdesk service, supporting the needs of the Hospital, dealing accurately with all client/customer requests and managing all complaints in a sensitive and efficient manner
To receive calls in hours and out of hours with professional manner
To support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning to the system when complete
To provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs
To provide administration support to the department
Working 37.5 hours per week, on a 3 week rolling rota, 5 days from 7

Who are we looking for?

Must have experience of providing excellent customer service ideally on a helpdesk
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems)
Well organised and able to prioritise workload
Ability to multi task in a busy work environment
Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role is desirable
Previous experience of using a CAFM system (Maximo or similar) is desirable
