About the Role
Due to continued growth, UKTH Group Ltd is looking for a Fleet & Maintenance Administrator to take ownership of the administration and day-to-day management of our new Ford Pro fleet management system.
Ford Pro is an advanced fleet management platform that provides real-time vehicle information, including maintenance schedules, vehicle health alerts, servicing requirements, MOT reminders, fault notifications and compliance information. The system allows us to proactively manage our fleet, reducing vehicle downtime and ensuring our engineers stay on the road safely and efficiently.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys administration but also has a genuine interest in vehicles and how they operate.
Whilst you don't need to be a qualified mechanic, you should be mechanically minded and confident discussing vehicle maintenance with engineers, garages and dealerships.
You will become the central point of contact for managing our fleet maintenance, ensuring servicing and repairs are completed on time and helping keep our fleet operating at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the Ford Pro fleet management system.
- Monitor vehicle health alerts and maintenance notifications.
- Arrange servicing, repairs, MOTs and inspections.
- Liaise with engineers, drivers, dealerships and repair centres.
- Monitor vehicle downtime and progress of repairs.
- Ensure servicing schedules are maintained and vehicles remain compliant.
- Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records.
- Produce reports for management.
- Assist with fleet compliance and vehicle documentation.
- Support the Engineering and Operations teams with fleet administration.
- Help identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and reduce downtime.
About You

The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Be confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be comfortable dealing with engineers, suppliers and vehicle repair centres.
- Be mechanically minded with an interest in commercial vehicles.
- Enjoy taking ownership of a role and improving processes.
Experience That Would Be Ideal
This role would particularly suit someone with experience in:
- Fleet administration.
- Vehicle maintenance administration.
- Transport administration.
- Engineering administration.
- Service advisor or workshop controller roles.
- Automotive administration.
- Commercial vehicle dealerships.
- Parts departments.
- Vehicle hire or fleet management companies.
However, if you have strong administration skills, are technically minded and have an interest in vehicles, we'd still like to hear from you, as full training will be provided.
Pay: £29,835.00 per year
