Partington’s is family-owned and operates Holiday Parks across Lancashire, the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales plus Walterz Entertainment Centre near Blackpool. Established over 80 years ago, and offering Holiday Home ownership and short break holidays in an extensive range of accommodation. Partington’s also offer caravan touring holidays and seasonal touring pitches at several Parks.

We are recruiting for an experienced Housekeeper to provide a fabulous housekeeping service across the park and in the caravan hire accommodation. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail and excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is ‘to make every day feel like a holiday’.

Role: Housekeeper

Location: Windy Harbour Holiday Park, Poulton le Fylde, FY6 8NB

Hours: Approx 10 hpw, additional shifts may be available to provide holiday cover and high seasons

Salary: £13.56 per hour (Mondays and Fridays, £12.73 for all other days)

Shift pattern: Mondays and Fridays are essential (approx 9.30am until 3.30pm). Some Saturday shifts may also be available in peak periods also (approx 8.30am - 5pm).

Role overview

Changing of bed linen, vacuuming, dusting, general cleaning of the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living areas,
Cleaning of general/public areas
Reporting any issues found to park management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role, within the hospitality industry would be advantageous. Additional training will be provided.
Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
Able to produce valid driving licence to drive golf buggy’s
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
