Admin & Warehouse Assistant

TT Instruments — Blackburn, BB2 2DY £14/hour (with potential to increase) | 35 hours/week | Permanent role | Immediate start

TT Instruments is a small, fast-growing company that sources and resells surplus and decommissioned test and measurement equipment globally. We recently won a King's Award and are expanding rapidly while staying deliberately lean. Every person on our small team does high-impact work, in a friendly, supportive environment.

We're looking for someone long-term to look after the warehouse, prepare shipments for global shipping, handle admin and communication with other parties (couriers, customers, suppliers), and clean and prepare equipment for processing. It's a varied role, and you may be asked to take on other tasks once we've had a chance to see where your strengths lie.

What we're looking for:

Based in or near Blackburn
Reliable and always on time
Takes ownership of their work
Extremely thorough and detail-oriented in everything they do
Good common sense and problem-solving ability **IMPORTANT**
Computer literate
Able to communicate clearly and efficiently
Comfortable with practical, hands-on work
A good fit for a small team where everyone pitches in

Hours & benefits:

8:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday (*35 hours/week, unpaid half-hour lunch break *may be flexible on hours for the right candidate)
£14/hour to start, with potential to increase
Holiday: bank holidays plus 20 days
Real scope to grow with the business as we expand
