The Role
We’re looking for a bright, driven and organised Marketing Apprentice to join our team, supporting channel marketing activity while completing a Level 6 Marketing Apprenticeship (degree-level qualification).
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain practical experience across campaign delivery, partner marketing, and digital channels. You’ll work closely with the Channel Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, helping to ensure campaigns run smoothly and marketing activity delivers impact.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who is keen to learn, contribute, and build a long-term career in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Channel Marketing Support
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of B2B and partner marketing campaigns
- Assist in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, with the right assets and communications in place
- Work with internal teams to ensure alignment with wider marketing activity
Digital Marketing & Content
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials across digital and offline channels
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (building, scheduling, and deployment)
- Support website updates and digital content where required
- Help maintain and organise digital content libraries and marketing assets
Partner & Internal Communications
- Manage day-to-day marketing requests from internal stakeholders and partner channels
- Support the creation and distribution of B2B communications, including emails and partner materials
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across communications
Performance & Reporting
- Assist with tracking campaign performance, including email metrics, engagement, and basic reporting
- Support the creation of reports to help evaluate and improve marketing effectiveness
Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate campaign activity, ensuring timelines, assets, and deliverables are met
- Provide general administrative and organisational support to the marketing team
- Help maintain marketing templates, assets, and documentation
Your Apprenticeship
- Completion of a Level 6 Marketing Apprenticeship (degree-level qualification)
- Structured learning delivered by an external training provider
- Dedicated study time alongside your role

Skills & Experience
Essential
Applicants should have a minimum of 104 UCAS points at A-level (grades BCC) or an equivalent (for example, BTEC DMM).
We also welcome applicants who hold Level 3 professional qualifications, such as:
- CIM Level 3 Digital Marketing Professional
- Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship
- Level 3 Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship
- Level 3 Multi-Marketer Apprenticeship (new for 2025/26)
- Strong work ethic—reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Competent in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Desirable
- Interest in digital marketing (email, web, content, campaigns)
- Some experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role (including school projects, placements, or part-time work)
