About the Role
Urban Ice Tribe is looking for a hands-on, technically minded Assembly & Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone practical, reliable, and confident using tools and equipment in a workshop or warehouse environment.
You will be involved in preparing and fabricating components for our ice bath systems, including drilling and preparing steel baths, assembling connection kits, and supporting warehouse operations.
We are looking for someone with an engineering, mechanical mindset who enjoys problem solving, working with their hands, and producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
* Drill and prepare steel baths for fabrication and assembly
* Build and prepare connection kits for ice bath systems
* Use power tools and hand tools confidently and safely
* Assemble fittings, hoses, pipework, and related components
* Support warehouse operations including stock handling and packing
* Maintain a clean and organised workshop and warehouse environment
* Work to build schedules and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately
* Understand schematics for system set up
Skills & Experience
* Confident using power tools and hand tools
* Strong practical and technical ability
* Good attention to detail and quality control
* Engineering or fabrication mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Pool, spa, plumbing, mechanical, or water system experience would be highly advantageous
* Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
