Solar Installer / Domestic ElectricianCompany: Solar 4 ScotlandLocation: GlasgowAbout the RoleSolar 4 Scotland is looking for an experienced Solar Installer / Domestic Electrician to join our growing team in Glasgow.The successful candidate will be responsible for installing domestic solar PV systems to a high standard, including roof-mounted systems, inverters, battery storage and EV chargers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values quality workmanship and offers long-term career development.Pay£44,000 per yearWorking Pattern

Monday to Friday
8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Site-based role

Key Responsibilities

Install roof mounting brackets and rail systems for solar PV installations.
Install and secure solar PV panels.
Complete DC and AC wiring for solar PV systems.
Install and commission solar inverters and battery storage systems.
Install EV charging points.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards.
Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in domestic electrical installations.
Experience installing domestic solar PV systems.
Relevant Solar PV qualification.
Good knowledge of current electrical regulations and safe working practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence is preferred.
