About Us

Our modern, patient-centred practice is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team and support patients throughout their journey to achieving their ideal smile.

The Role
As a Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist, you will act as the main point of contact for patients during their treatment journey. This is a key role within the practice, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their treatment decisions from consultation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Communication: Build strong relationships with patients, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding treatment plans.
Treatment Coordination: Clearly explain treatment options, procedures, costs, and timelines in a professional and reassuring manner.
Financial Coordination: Support patients in understanding payment and financing options.
Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate treatment appointments to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
Patient Follow-Ups: Proactively manage follow-up communications after consultations and procedures.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to maximise patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
Record Management: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records.

About You
You will be:

Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
Confident, approachable, and an effective communicator.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients.
A positive, reliable team player.

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment (preferred).
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (training provided if required).
Confident using dental software and general IT systems.

Glasgow, Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
