Full job description

We're looking for a friendly, skilled Butcher to join our busy farm shop team. Whether you're an experienced butcher or have relevant meat preparation experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing and cutting a range of quality meats
Serving and advising customers at the butcher counter
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation
Making sausages and other value-added products (desirable but not essential)
Keeping the work area clean, organised and fully stocked

What we're looking for:

Previous butcher or meat preparation experience
Excellent customer service skills
A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude
Good attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
