Marlborough College is seeking to recruit a Building Services Technician to join our professional and experienced Estates Team. This is a new role with the key responsibility of supporting the Electrical and Mechanical team with the routine compliance checks of a variety equipment across the College site. Examples of the equipment include checking fire alarms, emergency lighting tests and legionella prevention works.
We are looking for a Building Services Technician who is dependable, diligent and enjoys working as part of a team. All safety equipment and appropriate training will be provided. Any previous experience with routine maintenance tasks would be welcomed but a trade qualification is desirable but not essential.
