Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises, these will include void property cleaning and commercial office cleaning. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and previous janitorial experience to contribute to a professional environment. The position is paid and suitable for those seeking steady employment within the cleaning industry.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of offices, doctors, schools, and other commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and cleaning products as needed.
Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to management promptly.
Follow designated schedules and work independently or as part of a team to complete daily cleaning routines.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly after use.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Must be able to drive with a clean licence, transport provided.
Familiarity with standard cleaning equipment and chemicals is advantageous.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential qualities for success in this role.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team setting.
