Riber Pets is a growing fast and is looking for experienced Stylist and Salon Managers across our Duffield, Etwall and Matlock salons. We are a pet business with a difference, the pooches (and sometimes other animals!) in our care are always top priority and that's why our customers love us so much.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality grooming services to ensure pets look and feel their best.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for both pets and staff.
- Manage the grooming diary efficiently to ensure pet safety is prioritised and targets are met.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their specific grooming needs.
- Stay updated with the latest grooming techniques and trends.
- Manage, train and inspire your team of groomers to UNLEASH THEIR POTENTIAL!
What We're Looking For:
- Fully qualified groomer with previous experience at Stylist / Senior Stylist / Manager level.
- Passionate about animal care and grooming.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
