Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, negotiations, and sales progression.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

Experience

Proven communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging effectively with clients.
Experience working in estate agency required either in sales or lettings roles.

Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
