This role is all about execution — processing orders accurately, keeping stock under control, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you’re highly organised, work quickly without cutting corners, and like being relied on to keep things running smoothly, you’ll fit well here. If you need constant direction or tend to leave things half-finished, this probably isn’t the role for you.
The Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, with a strong focus on processing orders from multiple online stores, maintaining accurate stock control, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce & Order Processing (Core Focus)
- Process and fulfil daily online orders accurately and on time
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders
- Manage goods-in, checking deliveries, pricing and supplier invoices
- Allocate parts to workshop jobs and ensure availability
- Maintain accurate stock levels and flag discrepancies early
Operations & Administration
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of office and warehouse operations
- Manage purchasing of stock and business supplies
- Maintain organised records and documentation
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and strong relationships
- Monitor and manage key contracts and renewals
Finance Support (Light)
- Assist with basic financial administration using Xero
- Reconcile transactions and process invoices
- Support VAT returns and general financial record-keeping
General Support
- Support the wider team to ensure operations run efficiently
- Handle incoming calls when required
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
