Join the team as our new Payroll Administrator!

Support the Payroll and Treasury Lead by owning the management of the UK time and attenfance system. Supporting Payroll processing and month end payroll tasks. Deputising for the Payroll and Treasury Lead in times of absence.

What You'll Do:

Management of UK T&A System, liaising with supervisors and management to resolve anomalies
Ad-hoc T&A reporting
Continuous improvement of T&A processes
Supporting the Payroll and Treasury Lead with the monthly payroll
Completing all payroll journal entries and Payroll related reconciliations
Being able to competently deputise for the Payroll and Treasury Lead in times of absence including being able to independently run the payroll for UK and administer other outsourced payrolls in Europe.
To raise bank payments and perform bank reconciliations
Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Payroll and Treasury Lead

What It Takes:

Education and Experience:

Experience of working in Payroll or very similar role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Good verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and structured
Accuracy and adherence to deadlines
PC Literate
Attention to detail
Ability to work as a team and independently
