Great House Pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacy Dispenser or a ACT to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a successful team in partnering with the local community and contributing to the success of the Pharmacy and Company.

Great House Pharmacy share the same vision – providing high quality healthcare and support within the local community.

To be successful in this role you will be a team player who is a detailed oriented person working methodically and accurately. In addition, you will have:

What you can expect:

Day-to-day tasks

In this role you could:

answer customer questions by phone, email, webchat, social media or in person
give quotations and check product availability
sell products or services and take payments
handle complaints or pass them to a supervisor
add customer information onto a computer
track orders and arrange deliveries
If qualified ACT to be able to do clinical services such as flu, DMRs and other clinical services

You'll need:

customer service skills
to be thorough and pay attention to detail
the ability to work well with others
sensitivity and understanding
patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
the ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
excellent verbal communication skills
active listening skills
to be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently

Job Types: Permanent, Full time 37.5 Hours per week

Salary: £13-£17 per hour with increasing salary depending on your experience and qualifications.

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with Saturday open 9am-5pm
