Title – E-commerce Account Manager
Working Hours – Office based Monday to Friday - 8:00 – 16:00.
Salary – £35,000 per year
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated E-Commerce account manager to join our team. This office-based role is responsible for overseeing product listings, managing inventory, product marketing, driving online sales on our e-commerce sites such as Amazon, Ebay, Mano Mano, Onbuy as well our own website www.greenedhouse.co.uk and taking customer telephone orders and queries. This position requires someone who is target driven, can manage their own work schedule and can develop a plan to deliver growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining online listings on a range of e-commerce sites.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to maximise sales performance.
- Responsible for the creative development and planning of new product launches.
- Improve current product listings.
- Utilising keywords and phrases to maximise SEO.
- Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, reviewing trends and consumer behavior.
- Take new and edit existing product images.
- Enhance the customer journey on our website – identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes. Implement website updates for new campaigns and promotions.
- Assisting with product social media posts – enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor, analyse and develop e-commerce performance.
- Taking phone orders and managing customer queries.
Desired Skilled Knowledge and Experience
- Proven work experience in e-commerce or digital marketing fields, demonstrating a track record of driving online sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or relative experience.
- Proactive and independent approach to working.
- Deep understanding of how to generate sales and promote the brand on eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, Mano Mano, Shop Wired.
- Experience of managing website listings and banners
- Strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience creating and maintaining website content and online marketplace listings.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using Adobe photoshop and AI photo editor.
