About Us
At Farrellys World, we design and supply premium bespoke sportswear for grassroots clubs, academies, schools and organisations across the UK and internationally. With over 400 clubs already working with us and ambitious growth plans for the coming years, we are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Digital Growth to help take our business to the next level.

The Role
As Head of Digital Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital strategy across all channels to generate leads, increase online sales and strengthen our brand presence.
You will own the entire customer acquisition journey, from awareness through to conversion and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Farrellys World’s digital growth strategy.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Improve website conversion rates and customer journeys.
- Drive growth of our Shopify e-commerce platform.
- Oversee SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and rankings.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Grow our social media channels and increase engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Identify new digital opportunities, partnerships and acquisition channels.
- Manage external agencies and freelancers where required.
- Produce monthly reporting on key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and revenue growth.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, data-driven and ambitious.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in a digital marketing or growth-focused role.
- Proven experience scaling e-commerce or lead generation businesses.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics platforms.
- Experience with Shopify and conversion rate optimisation.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and content strategy.
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth targets.
Desirable
- Experience within sportswear, apparel or e-commerce industries.
- Experience using AI tools and automation platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar platforms.
- Experience managing a team or external agencies.
