We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality vehicle cleaning services while delivering excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
Duties
- Operate car wash equipment efficiently and safely to clean vehicles to a high standard
- Assist customers with their vehicle needs, answering questions and providing friendly service
- Maintain the cleanliness of the car wash area, including organising supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working order
- Drive vehicles into and out of the wash bay as required, ensuring proper handling at all times
- Perform basic janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to keep the premises tidy
- Monitor water and chemical levels, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
- Uphold health and safety standards by adhering to operational guidelines and safety protocols
Requirements
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting or bending when necessary
