Overview
Join our vibrant team as a Waiter and become the face of exceptional dining experiences! Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Assist with food handling, food preparation coordination, and bussing tables as needed to maintain a clean environment
Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds
Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling techniques
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours
Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or related hospitality positions is highly desirable
Basic math skills for order calculations, billing, and inventory management
