Pay: £15 -£17.50 per hour (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Days & Times: Monday to Friday (School Hours 8.30am - 3.30pm)

As part of our exciting Swim programme, we're bringing high-quality swimming lessons directly into primary schools through our innovative pop-up swimming pools, removing barriers and giving more children access to swimming education.
We're looking for passionate, energetic and engaging Swim Teachers who want to make a genuine difference in children's lives while working as part of a supportive and ambitious team.
About the Role
As a Swim Teacher, you'll deliver engaging and structured swimming lessons to primary-aged children across a variety of school settings throughout Essex.
You'll play a key role in helping children develop essential water safety skills, improve their swimming ability and build confidence in the water.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver exciting, high-quality swimming lessons using our proven curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Track and celebrate student progress - watch their confidence grow!
- Ensure all safety and lifeguarding standards are met at all times
Essential Requirements
- Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Experience delivering swimming lessons independently
- Passion for working with children and helping them develop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organised and professional approach
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel to schools within approximately 30 minutes of our Colchester office
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- NRASTC Qualification
- Pool Plant Operator Qualification
- Experience delivering school swimming lessons
- Experience working within primary schools or education settings
- First Aid Qualification
Available Monday to Friday term time only
