We are a family-run logistics company specialising in the collection and delivery of palletised freight and parcels. As members of the APC, UPN and Palletways networks, we pride ourselves on delivering a reliable, customer-focused service.
We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our friendly team in Witham.
The role will involve booking in pallet deliveries, assisting with inbound calls relating to parcels and pallets, monitoring outbound customer freight, and keeping customers updated. You will also support the operations team with bookings, customer queries, pricing checks, claims administration and general office duties.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and a confident telephone manner. They must be a good team player, able to work under pressure and comfortable working in a busy logistics environment.
Previous experience in transport, logistics or customer service would be beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
