CNC Turner Programmer
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: Up to £50,000+ (depending on experience)
Hours: Flexible shift pattern between 6:30am and 5:30pm
Overtime: Regular overtime available at 1.5x standard rate

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company supplying high-quality machined components to the defence, medical and motorsport sectors.
The business specialises in manufacturing complex one-off prototypes through to small batch production and has built an excellent reputation for quality, reliability and technical expertise. With a strong forward order book, long-term customer contracts and significant investment in new CNC machinery over recent years, the company is entering an exciting period of growth with further expansion planned.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer to programme, set and operate CNC turning machines, producing precision-engineered components to exacting standards. You will work as part of a skilled engineering team in a modern machine shop, taking ownership of your work from programming through to finished component.
Experience with Haas and Bridgeport machines would be highly advantageous.
