Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in marketing, project management, and communication within a professional environment. The role involves supporting various marketing initiatives, analysing data, and assisting with project coordination to help drive the company's growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and B2B marketing strategies.
Support the creation of engaging content for social media, presentations, and promotional materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Manage and update project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met through effective time management and organisational skills.
Collaborate with team members on project management tasks, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Support leadership in organising events, meetings, and other promotional activities as required.

Requirements

Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Experience or understanding of B2B marketing practices is desirable.
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. This role offers a valuable platform for aspiring marketers seeking practical experience in a supportive environment while contributing to impactful projects within our organisation.

Ideally you have experience with AI and Wordpress / Website Building.

Pay: £100.00-£120.00 per day
