Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager specialised in Commercial and Industrial Doors to lead our branch operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, manage a team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the branch, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of customer service
Develop and implement sales & operational strategies to optimise productivity and profitability
Manage client relationships, providing expert advice on commercial and industrial door solutions
Oversee inventory control, procurement, and logistics to meet project deadlines
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all branch activities
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Coordinate with head office for strategic planning and resource allocation
Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence within the region
Conduct regular staff training programmes to enhance skills and maintain high levels of technical knowledge

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a management role within the construction or industrial sector
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and suppliers
Sound understanding of commercial and industrial door products, installation processes, and safety standards is desirable
Ability to analyse operational data to inform decision-making
Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Office Suite

This position is ideal for a proactive leader eager to make a significant impact within a specialised industry. The successful applicant will possess a blend of managerial expertise, technical knowledge, and strategic vision necessary to drive branch success.

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
