Full job description

We’re PC-IT Support Ltd., and we’re growing. That means we’re on the lookout for an IT Support Technician who already knows their way around IT support but is just as excited about learning what’s next.

If you enjoy fixing problems, talking to people, and constantly improving your skills (rather than doing the same ticket forever), you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

No two days look the same here — and that’s exactly how we like it.

Being a go-to problem solver for our customers via helpdesk, phone, email
Providing 2nd/ 3rd line support and getting stuck into real-world IT issues
Setting up and configuring hardware, software, and user environments
Supporting and maintaining servers, networks, and security systems
Working with the team on IT projects like upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
Helping users get the most out of tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Keeping documentation tidy and accurate (future you will thank you)
Travelling and meeting clients

What we’re looking for

We’re not looking for someone who knows everything — but we are looking for someone who wants to learn anything.

Experience in an IT support role (you’ve done the job, not just studied it)
Solid understanding of Windows and macOS environments
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
Strong troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
Confident, friendly communication — you can explain tech without sounding like a robot
A proactive mindset: you spot problems, not just tickets
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and isn’t afraid to ask questions
