Enhance Me Aesthetics is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional individual to join the Enhance Me team part time as Front of House – Sales & Client Experience Coordinator.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to create an outstanding client experience whilst confidently contributing to clinic growth.
Responsibilities Include:
✔ Confidently introducing and recommending suitable treatments and skincare based on client needs
✔ Ethically upselling treatment upgrades and add-ons to enhance client results
✔ Promoting our professional skincare range through education and personalised recommendations
✔ Supporting practitioners by reinforcing treatment plans and rebooking recommendations
✔ Converting enquiries into bookings through confident, informed conversations
✔ Building trust and rapport with clients from first contact through to checkout
✔ Maintaining a professional, calm and welcoming front-of-house presence
The Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, professional and highly organised
- Confident communicating with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
- Sales-minded without being pushy
- Passionate about aesthetics, skincare and client care
- Positive, proactive and solutions-focused
- Able to work independently whilst thriving as part of a team
The role is a minimum of 4 days per week including Saturdays 8.30am-2pm.
