Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Assist with data entry and clerical tasks
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Use company case management and microsoft word system to input data, scan documents and provide file reviews
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in computerized systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred but not essential
