Duties
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Provide expert hair styling and barbering services to clients, maintaining current industry trends and techniques.
- Offer personalised consultations to clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Mentor and support junior staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and styling techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive.

- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work.
