VITAL Health is a multidisciplinary musculoskeletal clinic with sites in Tiptree and Chelmsford. We bring together chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists and sports therapists alongside specialist therapies that few clinics in Essex offer. We've built something we're proud of, and we're growing. This role is central to that next chapter.
The role
We're looking for a Clinic Manager to take full ownership of how both clinics run day to day. You'll be the person who turns plans into systems, holds the team to clear standards, and makes sure every site delivers a consistently excellent experience for our clients and our practitioners.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility, including oversight of performance across both locations. If you're the kind of person who loves structure, thrives on ongoing development, accountability and gets genuine satisfaction from a well-run operation, you'll feel at home here.
What you'll own
You'll lead and develop the team across both sites, holding individuals accountable to clear KPIs and helping them do their best work. You'll own the operational performance of the clinics, including budgets and the numbers behind them. You'll build and embed the systems, processes and standards that keep everything running smoothly as we grow. And you'll work closely with the founder, turning ideas and plans into organised, practical execution.
Who you are
You're structured, detail-oriented and highly organised. You're the sort of person who notices when something is off and fixes it before it becomes a problem, and who finds real satisfaction in turning a messy process into a smooth one.
You're a natural leader who brings a team together around shared goals. You're comfortable holding people to account in a way that's firm and fair, and you know how to motivate people to raise their standards rather than simply tell them to. You think in systems and numbers, you're calm under pressure, and you make sound, balanced decisions when priorities compete.
You follow through. When you commit to something, it gets done, and you hold others to that same standard. You communicate clearly, you're comfortable with data and budgets, and you take genuine pride in operational excellence.
Experience managing within a healthcare, clinic or multi-site service environment is a strong advantage, but the right mindset and track record of running a tight, well-organised operation matter most.
What we offer
- A base of £30,000 to £33,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonus which enables an extra £10,000 to be earned within the first 18 months in the role.
