Fundraising & Events Administrator

Part-Time – 22.5 Hours per Week (3 Days)

Based in Ipswich | Salary £24,762 - £27,419 per annum (FTE)

We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Fundraising & Events Administrator to support the delivery of our fundraising activities and community events programme. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied role, thrives on organisation and wants to make a genuine difference through their work.

About the Role

Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Events, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure our fundraising campaigns and events run smoothly and successfully. You will play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing records, supporting communications and maintaining excellent relationships with our supporters, sponsors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support across fundraising and event activities.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue bookings, equipment hire, catering and volunteer arrangements.
Maintain accurate records of event attendees, sponsors, fundraising income and participation data.
Deliver excellent customer service to supporters, fundraisers and stakeholders.
Support the development and distribution of fundraising campaigns and promotional materials.
Assist with promoting fundraising initiatives and community events across appropriate media platforms.
Maintain fundraising databases and supporter information.
Attend fundraising events, presentations and meetings as required.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The confidence to work independently and use your initiative.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building skills with colleagues, volunteers and external stakeholders.

A willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events.
