Workshop Service Manager – Europit Tyres

Location: Clacton on Sea
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Your Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day running of our busy workshop, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Lead, motivate and support our team of technicians and workshop staff.
Plan and allocate workloads to maximise productivity and workshop performance.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Ensure all servicing, repairs and MOT work meets DVSA regulations and manufacturer standards.
Monitor workshop efficiency, quality and profitability.
Maintain high standards of health and safety.
Oversee parts ordering and stock control.
Resolve customer queries professionally and effectively.
Help drive the continued success and growth of Europit Tyres.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Workshop Manager, Service Manager or Senior Workshop Controller.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and MOT procedures.
A confident leader who can motivate and develop a successful team.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A customer-focused, positive and proactive approach.
The ability to perform well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
A full UK driving licence.
