Full job description

Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to deliver high-quality beauty treatments while creating a welcoming experience for clients.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of beauty treatments to a high professional standard.
Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon.
Proven experience or training in makeup application and various beauty therapy treatments
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
Ability to work well within a team whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanour
Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
Qualified and experienced in Individual Eyelash Extensions.
Qualified and experienced in Massage Treatments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Any of the the following additional qualifications and experience would be advantageous:

Advanced facial treatments.
Brow treatments (lamination, tinting, shaping).
Lash lift and tint.
Intimate waxing.
Nail Extensions
Semi-permanent makeup.
Aesthetic treatments.
Any other beauty-related certifications or specialist treatments.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to advance their career in beauty therapy while delivering outstanding client care.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
