Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning windows of various types of buildings, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience is not essential, as training will be provided, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in a professional environment while contributing to the visual appeal of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities

Clean windows on both residential and commercial premises using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
Ensure all surfaces are streak-free and spotless, maintaining high standards of quality
Use ladders, scaffolding, or access equipment safely when working at heights
Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition and report any issues promptly
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure satisfaction
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Keep accurate records of completed jobs and report any concerns or feedback to supervisors

Qualifications

Basic proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members
Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between job sites
Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients
Excellent communication skills to clearly understand instructions and provide updates as needed
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of work quality
Physical fitness to handle lifting equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights safely
Previous experience in window cleaning or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
hold a uk driving licence and be competent at driving van and commercial vehicles
Be DBS checked
