About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with leading employers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to successful placement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist high-quality candidates.
Build and manage a strong talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Negotiate offers and provide expert market advice to clients and candidates.
Achieve individual and team recruitment targets while maintaining high service standards.
Prepare job advertisements and promote vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms.
Maintain accurate records within the ATS/CRM system and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Consultant, or Agency Recruiter.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Experience recruiting across professional, commercial, IT, engineering, healthcare, finance, or similar sectors is advantageous.
Confident using recruitment software, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and target driven.
