Help Shape the Future of a Growing Construction Business
At Ultimate Demolition & Construction Services (UDCS), we're not looking for someone to simply manage paperwork.

We're looking for someone to transform the way we manage our projects, costs and commercial performance.

As our business continues to grow, we're investing in a brand-new role that will become central to how we make financial decisions. You'll work alongside our Director and Commercial Manager to build systems, improve visibility and give the business confidence in every commercial decision we make.

This is an opportunity to join a company where your ideas won't disappear into layers of management, they'll shape how the business operates.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside the Commercial Manager and Director, you'll take ownership of the financial control of our projects and help develop the systems that support the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and managing our purchase order and commitment tracking systems.
Monitoring project costs, budgets and forecast final costs.
Producing commercial reports and dashboards for senior management.
Managing supplier invoices, subcontractor applications and project cost allocation.
Supporting procurement by obtaining quotations, benchmarking suppliers and monitoring spend.
Preparing client applications, invoices and cash flow forecasts.
Identifying commercial risks and opportunities before they impact project performance.
Working closely with operational teams to improve the quality and accuracy of project cost information.
Driving continuous improvement across our commercial and financial processes.

You'll work across every area of the business, from procurement and finance through to operations and commercial management, ensuring everyone is working from accurate, up-to-date information.

Your work won't just keep projects organised; it will directly influence profitability, cash flow and future business decisions.

Commercial Finance
Construction Finance
Project Controls
Cost Management
Procurement
Management Accounting
Commercial Administration

What matters most is that you're commercially minded, highly organised and enjoy solving problems.

What You'll Bring

You'll enjoy:

Working closely with operational and commercial teams.

Construction industry experience would be advantageous but isn't essential if you can demonstrate transferable commercial and financial skills.
