As our retail sales manager, you won’t just monitor spreadsheets, you ‘ll lead from the front. You’ll be the driving force behind sales strategy, turning customer enquires into lifelong relationships and our showroom into a destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Dominate: Manage, coach and inspire our onsite and remote sales teams to crush targets on conversion, AOV, margin, and revenue.
- Be the go-to Guru: Act as the primary escalation point for complex and staffing issues, you’re the calm head in the storm.
- Create a One Team Culture: Embed our values, Passionate, Inventive, Accountable, One Team, and Integrity into everything you do. We win together, we learn together.
- Drive performance: Conduct killer 1 to 1s, performance reviews, and host sales meetings that get people fired up.
- Operational Excellence: Manage call centre software, uphold consistent discipline, and ensure our phone etiquette is as legendary as the cars we serve.
- Connect with Customers: Balance commercial impact with outstanding customer outcomes, using data to shape marketing, pricing, and product design.

Person Specifications
- Proven track record: 3+ Years managing sizeable, multi-level teams, multi-site retail is a major plus.
- Commercial Firepower: A data driven mindset with obsessive KPI Monitoring (Sales, Conversion, AOV, Margin). You live and breathe the numbers.
- Automotive passion: You have strong classic car/ parts knowledge or an undeniable, genuine passion for the industry. Supporting parts identification and technical queries comes naturally to you.
- Tech Savy: Experienced with CRM systems and common IT suites
- People Magic: Positive, calm, and a conflict management ninja. You build high performance, self-disciplined teams that trust you.
