About you:
We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate excellent communication and people skills and has a passion for providing first-class service. We need you to be flexible and able to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and Bank Holidays. You must be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
Essential Criteria
· Minimum of 1 years’ customer service experience
· Minimum of 1 years’ cash handling experience
· Excellent customer service skills
· Proficient with Microsoft computer systems such as outlook, word, excel
· Ability to move and lift machines
Desirable Criteria
· Previous industry experience or knowledge
· GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English

Your Role will include
Working closely with the Venue manager and supervisors on the following:
· Ensure that the venue housekeeping is always of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
· Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are always delivered to all customers and ensure that customer service is carried out in line with company standards.
· Maintain a high standard of personal presentation ensuring the brand dress code is always adhered to, whilst on duty.
· Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
· Monitor the actions and behaviour of customers, noting any behaviour considered to be suspicious and/or disruptive to the smooth operation of the venue.
· Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
· Gain a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding and challenge 25
· Report any machine faults and errors immediately.
· Any other duties as required.
· Generally working within your allocated branch, although there may be requirements to cover in other Oasis Branches.
· Weekend and public holiday cover required.
· Working hours – (full time) 37 hours, some flexibility required.
