As a Sales & Design Consultant, you’ll play a key part in helping customers create their dream bathrooms. Whether you’re chatting through ideas, demonstrating products, or developing design layouts, you’ll make the customer experience inspiring and enjoyable.
You will:
Welcome customers and guide them through bathroom styles, finishes, and options
Learn to create professional bathroom layouts and quotations using design software (full training provided)
Develop strong product knowledge across brands, ranges, and technical specifications
Shadow experienced consultants and take part in structured training
Support the showroom team with displays, presentation, and merchandising
Deliver outstanding service that brings customer ideas to life
You don’t need bathroom experience — just the right attitude and a passion for interiors.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience in retail or a customer-facing sales role
An interest in interiors, design, home improvement, or similar industries
A friendly, confident communication style
A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn
A team-focused mindset and enthusiasm for developing new skills
Sectors like kitchens, furniture, flooring, tiles, or home décor are highly transferable.
