Overview

Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for connecting with people? We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging them through outbound calls and nurturing relationships to schedule appointments that drive our business forward. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help create meaningful interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for potential customers and supporting our sales team’s success.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and tools, maintaining a lively and engaging tone.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and gathering relevant information to ensure appointment quality.
Schedule appointments accurately within the company’s calendar system, coordinating with team members as needed.
Follow up with prospects via calls or emails to confirm appointments and answer basic inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems consistently.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment-setting efficiency.
Strive to meet daily and weekly appointment targets through persistent follow-up and positive engagement.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills with a lively, positive attitude that energizes conversations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales support is preferred but not required.
Ability to handle rejection professionally while remaining motivated and enthusiastic.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with a goal-oriented mindset.
Basic proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
