Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service/Hospitality professional to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional guest services in a dynamic environment, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining high standards of hospitality, managing guest interactions, and supporting the overall operations of our establishment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about management, hospitality, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit
Manage guest enquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance as needed
Coordinate reservations, bookings, and scheduling to optimise guest satisfaction and operational flow
Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high service standards
Assist with organising events or special functions, ensuring all guest needs are met seamlessly
Support the management team in daily operations, including overseeing staff performance and training
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the hospitality area to uphold health and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality guest services at all times

Experience

Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within hospitality or customer service environments is preferred
Strong background in delivering excellent guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction
Knowledge of hospitality operations, including reservation systems and event coordination, is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse customer needs effectively
Proven ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced settings while maintaining professionalism
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement in service delivery

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,757.62 per year
