As a fast-paced, high-volume dessert destination, we’re looking for enthusiastic and service-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team.
We’re seeking a friendly and driven Host/Server who thrives in a busy environment and knows how to make guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. This hybrid role requires someone with strong customer service skills, sales intuition, and prior food service experience. You’ll be guiding guests, taking orders, explaining our mouthwatering menu, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and seat guests promptly and warmly
· Manage table flow and waitlists during peak hours
· Take accurate food and dessert orders while offering menu suggestions
· Upsell high-margin and specialty items with confidence
· Deliver an exceptional dining experience through attentive and friendly service
· Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas
· Handle payments and operate POS systems accurately
· Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Ideal Candidate:
· Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or dessert-focused venue preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· High energy, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
· Sales-savvy and confident recommending menu items
· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
· Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
