Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Playground Installer Foreman to oversee and coordinate the installation of playground equipment on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, supervising experience, and familiarity with project planning tools such as Primavera P6. This role requires leadership to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in managing installation teams and liaising with clients to deliver exceptional results.

will have new van
over night allowance £25 when necessary
Duties
- Lead and supervise installation teams during playground setup projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Coordinate daily activities on-site, allocating resources effectively to meet project objectives.
- Utilise Primavera P6 for project scheduling, tracking progress, and updating project timelines as necessary.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure all work is completed within the allocated timeframe and budget constraints.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project milestones achieved.
Skills
- Proven management experience within construction or installation projects.
- Supervising experience in a similar role, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to playground installation work.
- Ability to motivate teams and ensure high standards of workmanship are maintained throughout projects.

Pay: £800.00-£1,000.00 per week
