Position: Trainee Car Salesperson
Type: Full-time, Training Position

No formal qualifications required to start. On job learning. Potential to earn £45,000+ per year if you complete your training and qualify as a salesperson.

Role Overview:
As a Trainee Car Salesperson, you will be exposed to every facet of our dynamic car sales environment. Whether you come from a retail background or are new to sales, this role is a golden opportunity to immerse yourself in the used car business. With the help of our experienced staff, you will learn the ins and outs of car sales and embark on a rewarding career path with Richard Nash Cars.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Product Knowledge - Engage hands-on with a diverse range of cars, learning about their features, benefits, and value propositions.

Customer Interactions - Work directly with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to suitable car choices.

Sales Techniques - Learn the art of closing deals, managing objections, and building long-term customer relationships.

Sales process - Use various sales and inventory software to ensure an efficient compliance processes.

Who We're Looking For:

Someone eager to dive into the world of car sales and the motor trade.
Quick learner capable of grasping new concepts and technologies.
Polite, with excellent interpersonal skills, building rapport with customers and teammates alike.
Strong work ethic and self-motivated drive to succeed.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Computer literate with good numeric & literacy skills.
Has held a full manual UK driving licence for at least one year.
