Full job description

We have a new opportunity for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our well-resourced nursery working with either the children aged 0-3 years or 3-5 years, depending on experience.

**Ideally you will be looking to work between 2-5 days per week. On those work days, you will need to be able to either start early at 7.15 or work late until 18.00pm. We do not currently have any School Hour positions available.

This role includes Key Person responsibilities which means you’ll be:

Acting as a key person for a group of children
Building strong, responsive relationships with children and their families
Supporting daily routines such as feeding, sleep, and transitions with sensitivity and care
Planning simple, meaningful experiences based on children’s interests and developmental needs
Creating a nurturing environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and emotional security
Working closely with parents to ensure continuity of care and open communication

What we’re looking for

A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (required)
Previous experience working with children under 5 years old (required)
A genuine passion for Early Years
Understanding of child development, attachment, and safeguarding
